The Los Angeles based INXS-IVE recreates the excitement of a mid 1980’s INXS concert at the height of their fame.
INXS-IVE is fronted by Australian native Brett Creswell.
Brett gives the audience an intensely authentic live interpretation of one of the best loved front-men of the 80’s, Michael Hutchence. A true “ringer” for Hutchence, Brett is both sonically and visually almost indistinguishable from the real article, and possesses the same magnetic charisma onstage that Michael Hutchence was so well known for. The rest of the quintet is comprised of highly skilled professional musicians that painstakingly recreate the ‘sound’ that made INXS such an enormously successful and popular band.
INXS-IVE flawlessly execute all of INXS’ Top 40 hits as well as some of the band’s familiar and danceable album and soundtrack selections, many of which are still in regular radio rotation today.
The band’s relatively short existence has seen their meteoric rise throughout Southern California and beyond, leaving elated fans in their wake. Satisfied clients include several casinos, city festivals and prominent venues throughout the entire Southland region.
In selling over thirty million albums and filling stadiums all over the world, INXS made their mark on popular music since their first release in 1980. The tragic death of lead singer Michael Hutchence prematurely abridged the band’s stunning success. INXS-IVE commemorate the band’s heyday in a way that gives a younger generation a real sense of what it was like to be present in those heady times.
